TetraBrazil Phases Of Development

Our TetraBrazil curriculum is split into five core phases with supplementary Futsal, SAQ and Goalkeeper programmes. The curriculum follows our Play, Train Compete Philosophy and focuses on the development of our players through our four main components of the game:

As players progress through the phases we recommend that minimum weekly training time (excludes matches) increases:

    • Tactical
    • Technical
    • Physical
    • Psychological


      • Phase 1: 45-60 minutes
      • Phase 2: 60-90 minutes per week
      • Phase 3: 90-120 minutes per week
      • Phase 4: 2-3 hours per week
      • Phase 5: 3-4 hours per week
